WHAT IS PSYCH-K?
AND WHY IT WORKS
Experience the Immediate Healing Power of Psych-K For Yourself
Belief Change Psychology (Psych-K) utilizes techniques developed by Robert M. Williams M.A. and highly recommended by Bruce H. Lipton Ph.D., author of The Biology of Belief, and a former researcher at Stanford University’s School of Medicine.
At the core of all our behaviors, there are motivating subconscious beliefs. Using this technique, we can quickly reveal what that belief is (something that takes much longer and is more difficult with traditional modalities). We then release negative beliefs by replacing them with new, supportive beliefs. Results are seen and felt immediately.
First, limiting or destructive beliefs in your subconscious are pinpointed using a combination of talk therapy and Muscle Testing, a technique that measures your stress response to a thought or concept. Psych-K utilizes muscle testing to identify your subconscious beliefs by gauging your bodies minute muscle movements in response to what your subconscious holds to be true. This internal mechanism, similar to a polygraph, provides a built-in communication link to what is going on at the most basic level inside our minds. This is often a process of personal awakening and discovery. Once these sabotaging beliefs are revealed, we then replace them with new, empowering ones, that guide you in creating an empowering and satisfying life. By changing these subconscious beliefs, you can create a new and more fulfilling reality for yourself.
You are guided through a mental and physical process similar to meditation, but different in that it stimulates expansion of the corpus callosum - the nerve superhighway that connects the two hemispheres of your brain. This provides better communication between the right hemisphere, which deals with visual activities and grouping information, and the left hemisphere, which analyzes and makes decisions about the information collected by the right side.
This creates a receptive, whole-minded state, that allows both of the brain's hemispheres to work in harmony, and dramatically decreases resistance to positive change in the parts of our brains that control our "autopilot" behaviors. In this state, we can quickly release old, harmful beliefs, and install new, positive thought patterns in their place, allowing for new positive dynamics that move us toward the life we truly want.
Once this work is complete, the positive actions you take in your life feel effortless and instinctual because the conflict in your system no longer exists.
