What to Expect

Before

Some preparation is beneficial for your appointment.  I will provide you with a questionnaire, so you may specify the areas you would like to focus on.  These areas may include negative patterns or behaviors you would like to work with (yours, or others), past grief or trauma, current situations in your life resulting in increased stress levels or other unproductive behaviors, etc.  Multiple areas and limiting beliefs can be addressed in each session.

Before our call, I look into the answers you provide, to find the priority area of focus, determined by your subconscious or higher-self.  I determine if current or past physical manifestations of stress in the body are connected, and draw from my intuition and experience, as well as your inner-knowing, to craft a personalized list of the most effective belief statements for your chosen area of work.  This allows us to get to work quickly, and make incredibly efficient use of our time together.

During

For our call, relax in a place where you can speak privately. A headset for your phone is ideal.  If you do not have a headset, setting your phone to speaker will suffice. Turn off any distracting electronics. If you have children or pets, make arrangements for their care while you are in session. Have a glass of water handy, dress comfortably, and have a place to sit or lie down. Call me at our designated time. 

Our phone sessions typically begin similar to talk therapy. You may describe challenging or blocked areas that you wish to work with, past traumas that are causing a ripple effect in your present life, and any other pertinent information which helps lead to the source of the limiting beliefs at work in your subconscious mind.

During this time, I take notes and ask questions, using muscle or energy testing, and intuition to guide the focus of the conversation toward the root of the problem areas. Often times, the source lies much deeper than the original area of concern, and affects your life to a much greater degree than you had originally perceived. Working at this level is of great benefit, because the areas of your life that see immediate improvement can be vast.

Once negative or disempowering beliefs at the core of the issue have been uncovered, empowering balance statements, similar to positive affirmations are created, to shift the way your mind handles information and stimuli in the area of focus. Each statement is tailored specifically to fit you, with the goal of supporting your overall well-being.  These statements are then planted in the subconscious, where they become your mind's new operating system, and heal old thought patterns, behaviors, and emotional responses.

After

Unlike repeating a mantra or a positive affirmation, which only access the conscious mind, these balance statements achieve healing at a deeper level where they become part of your subconscious operating system. 

 

After the balance statements have been set in place, they feel instinctual.  They do not require any more thought or effort on your behalf - no repeating, no struggling to be, or feel better - you just are

 

Areas of stress and concern are immediately soothed, and getting triggered becomes a thing of the past, as you find yourself feeling more stable, more grounded, and more the best version of you.
